Research shows home visiting can be an effective method of delivering family support and child development services that lead to improved child health and development as well as strengthened parenting skills.
Follow along with your child's milestones - and offer support where they need it.
By completing the Ages and Stages Questionnaire, your answers will show your child’s strengths, and highlight any areas in which your child may need more help or practice. Once you answer the questions, First 5 Plumas will follow up within 5 days with resources and referrals.

First 5 California will convene, partner in, and help lead the movement to create and implement a comprehensive, integrated, and coordinated system for California’s children prenatal through age 5 and their families. It will promote, support, and optimize early childhood development.
